Does my collection move between my devices?

Yes, on iOS — through iCloud, as long as both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on. Progress merges rather than overwrites: you keep the better of the two saves, so opening the game on a second device can never cost you a creature.

If nothing appears, check Settings → [your name] → iCloud is on, then open the game on the device that has the progress first and give it a moment before opening the other.

I reinstalled and my collection is gone

Open the game while signed in to iCloud and connected — the save is pulled back on launch. If you were not signed in to iCloud when you played originally, the save was local only and is gone with the app; there is no copy on any server of mine to restore from.

I bought sparks and they haven't appeared

Purchases sometimes take a moment to clear. Reopen the app while connected, which lets any pending purchase finish delivering. If they still haven't arrived, email the address above with your receipt from Apple and I will sort it.

How often do the full-screen ads appear?

After every fourth finished run, never during one, and never at all until you have played at least six — your first session is left alone. Two more never happen: one will not appear within 90 seconds of the last, and a run where you watched a rewarded ad is skipped entirely, so you never get two full-screen ads back to back.

What exactly does Remove Ads include?

Two things: the banner and the full-screen ads both stop for good, and you get one free revive every run. The revive is an extra chance, not a replacement — after you spend it, the usual watch-an-ad-or-pay-sparks continue is still there, so a run can go on twice rather than once.

Rewarded ads keep working on purpose. They are opt-in and they are how sparks are earned for free, so switching them off would punish the purchase.

I bought Remove Ads and the ads are back

Tap Restore Purchases in the shop. That asks Apple what you already own and re-applies it — it is free, it works on any device signed in to the Apple Account that bought it, and it does not charge you again.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by me, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

The rewarded ad didn't pay out

Rewards only apply if the ad plays to the end — closing it early earns nothing. If an ad completed and nothing arrived, check you are connected and try once more.

How many ads can I watch for sparks?

Ten a day. The allowance resets at midnight, your local time.

My score isn't on the leaderboard

The global boards need Game Center. If you declined the sign-in, enable it in Settings → Game Center and reopen the app. Only your best run is submitted, so a score below your own record will not change your position.

What are the mystery box odds?

They are printed on the box itself, before you spend anything. Duplicates are possible and pay sparks back scaled to the rarity.

Can I turn the sound or the motion down?

Settings has Sound (off / soft / full), Motion, ambient creature density, the ghost multiplier, and shape strictness. Motion follows your phone's Reduce Motion setting by default and can be forced either way.
